Nox Acipenserida (Ruth Rosenfeld / Sadaf Vasaei)

The art curator and DJane Sadaf Vasaei (beyond_bisetoon) looks spending her vacations at flea markets and secondhand shops in Tehran. Her constantly growing collection of records and dubplates now combines Persian music traditions from classical asil to 1970s Iranian progressive rock. Overcoming artistic, political and religious boundaries is also the goal of soprano and performer Ruth Rosenfeld. Over the summer, she could already be heard at HAU and Kampnagel in Ariel Efraim Ashben’s homage to Oum Kalkthoum, Diva. In aquarium, she will sing selections from her Arabian repertoire with the support of her small ensemble. The DJ set starts at 9:00 pm!
